I’m Alex Zuttre — a Director of Product and subject-matter expert in Airline Modern Retailing, specializing in Offer & Order Management, NDC, and ONE Order. I work with airlines, vendors, and technology providers to modernize retailing systems, improve product definition, and bring next-generation offer, order, and inventory flows to life.

I also advise legal teams and have provided expert insights for law firms on airline distribution, GDS processes, travel agencies, fare filing, and modern retailing system architecture.

Today, I lead Product for an airline tech company, focusing on the evolution of Product Catalog, Stock Keeper, and Seating.

Outside of work, I’m based in Texas, a father to my daughter Amélia, and a rock climber.
